Ron Nordin
Ron Nordin is an advisor and board member to a number of early stage technology companies. A leading entrepreneur in the software industry, Ron has held a number of executive roles, including CEO and venture capital investor. Most recently Ron was a Senior Partner at Atlas Venture in Boston. He invested in a number of early stage software and internet companies, including eRoom Technologies, which was acquired by Documentum in 2000 in one of the largest private software transactions of the year. Prior to Atlas, he was President and CEO of SQA Inc, a venture backed, enterprise software company. He led SQA from a start up to become a dominant player in the software quality assurance sector and a successful IPO in 1995. Under his leadership, SQA became a highly valued public company which was later merged with Rational Software.
Ron established his early career at Cognos, where he a was Senior Vice President serving on the executive team that developed the company from a start up, through an IPO in 1986 to become one of the major players in the software industry.
Carol Meyers
As chief marketing officer, Carol Meyers leads Globoforce's global marketing strategy, communications, and brand and category positioning. During her 20+ year career, Carol has led the marketing efforts for some of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. Prior to Globoforce, she was the chief marketing officer for LogMeIn, where she launched the company's first social marketing initiatives and helped pave the way for its successful IPO in 2009. Before LogMeIn, Carol was chief marketing officer for Unica Corporation, where she played a pivotal role in a successful IPO and growing revenue to more than $100M. Prior to Unica, Carol held roles in finance, marketing, and sales at General Electric, Lotus, Shiva, and Intel. Carol currently sits on the advisory boards of Virtual Computer, SocialRep, and AppAssure.
Rich D'Amore
Rich D'Amore has been with North Bridge since the company's inception in 1994. Before co-founding North Bridge, he spent fourteen years at Hambro International Equity Partners, establishing the firm's Boston office. His investments have been split between early stage projects and special situations.
Before joining Hambro in 1982, he worked as a consultant at Bain and Company and was a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Young and Company.
Rich received a BS from Northeastern, summa cum laude, in 1975. He also has an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration where he was a Baker Scholar. A dedicated supporter of higher education, he is on the Board of Trustees at Northeastern University, where he promotes innovation and research that can drive economic growth.
Dayna B. Grayson
Dayna Balcome Grayson joined North Bridge Venture Partners as a Principal in 2006. Prior to North Bridge, Dayna led new product development efforts at Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB), the leading global provider of software to nonprofit organizations. Dayna managed products throughout their life cycle as the company grew to over $130 Million in revenue and completed a successful public offering.
Prior to joining Blackbaud, Dayna was a consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst and Young were she led business analysis efforts for the largest custom development projects the firm had undertaken to date. These projects pioneered the development of large scale applications on web-based platforms. She started her career as an early employee at Eye Response Technologies, which developed breakthrough gaze-tracking technology.
Dayna has a B.S. from the University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
