Manager of Trial Operations
Responsibilities:
- Overall owner of Awareness Trial Project Management process driving growth initiatives, market share penetration, and solutions-based conversion strategies.
- Building repeatable and scalable 'process' for the entire trial lifecycle.
- Requires direct engagement with clients/partners to drive trial programs, marketing collateral and documentation, and continuous process improvements.
- Requires training and giving demos.
- Experience managing small, product oriented team such as Inside Sales
- Define engagement strategies - meets with partner community and internal sales teams to develop programs to ensure success.
- Establishes relationships with counterparts at clients/partners, documents and understands relationships within their organizations to drive Sales Enablement, and directly engages with them on status.
- Drives development of training curriculum and content roadmap for client/partner sales enablement (calendar of tools, trainings, events).
- Collects feedback from client/partner community and internal sales organization on effectiveness of tools and continuously works to improve quality of content, format, and delivery worldwide.
- Leads cross-functional internal team meetings to track status of deliverables and share client/partner feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ 5 years of high tech channel sales, or channel marketing. Technical marketing, product marketing, or field marketing also considered.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Advanced understanding of social media strategies.
- Former experience SE/service delivery/Sales Operation desired.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
- Is self-motivated, ability to work with little definition and supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across a number of projects and initiatives.
- Willing to travel as required to meet with partners and lead training efforts (up to 15-20% of time).
NET Developer – Front End

This is a great position for someone who thrives in a smaller, Agile environment. Our work environment is casual, flexible, and team-oriented, but reliant on folks owning results and solutions. It's a kick a$$ team!
Your Qualifications:
- Have four to eight years of experience developing in .NET/C# from business logic to presentation layer
- Have strong JavaScript and jQuery experience
- Be proficient in SQL
- Have strong engineering skills and the ability to write well-structured, easily maintainable code
- Enjoy working in an iterative/agile process, test-driven development, and couldn't imagine working any other way
- Be a team player who feels at home in a small team, open and flat environment
- Have strong communication skills
- Be motivated to try new languages and technologies to solve hard problems
