Awareness Names Mike Lewis Vice President of Marketing

Lewis brings over 15 years of experience in interactive marketing to Awareness

Waltham, MA — February 20, 2009 — Awareness, Inc., the social media marketing company, today announced that Mike Lewis has been appointed Vice President of Marketing. Lewis brings over 15 years of experience in driving interactive and social media marketing strategies. In his new role, Mike will lead and shape Awareness' marketing as the company continues to expand its customer base and market presence.

"Mike's background and expertise as a social media marketing practitioner will be a huge asset, both to Awareness and our customers," said John Bruce, CEO of Awareness. "Mike brings a unique background that is a mix of the traditional and the newer social marketing experience to Awareness and we are very excited to welcome him to the team."

Prior to joining Awareness, Mike spent two years as a consultant and entrepreneur focused on social media marketing to help organizations uncover business value, using social media techniques to drive demand, improve brand awareness and increase revenue. Mike has also served as Vice President of Marketing at Salesnet, leading up to the company's acquisition by RightNow Technologies (NASDAQ: RNOW).
