Lead Generation Specialist

Awareness, Inc. is looking for a lead gen machine, someone who is very comfortable on the phone and a powerhouse at drilling through a high volume of inbound leads as well as generating new F1000 outbound opportunities. We’re a young hip company looking for someone to grow with us and share the excitement about what we can do with our prospects. This position would be assist with both sales and marketing efforts however would report to the Director of Sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Expertly qualify inbound inquiries as well as outbound contacts
  • Provide support for marketing events and programs including Trade shows, Webinars and appropriate lead follow-up
  • Conduct Account Profiling, Research and deeply penetrating target accounts
  • Consistently log lead, contact and competitive data in SalesForce.com
  • Present companies value proposition to prospects
  • Consistently meeting ambitious, result-oriented performance metrics

What are the requirements?

  • High energy and ability to work in a team selling environment
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal, telephone skills be able to multi-task, and have good computer skills
  • 3+ years experience as an inside sales or sales development representative
  • Candidate must be results driven with proven ability to qualify leads
  • Ideal candidate must have a university degree/college diploma
  • Experience within the realm of ‘social media’ a huge plus!!
  • Successful high-quality/high-volume cold calling experience is a must!
  • Articulate – exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for corresponding credibly with executive level prospects
  • Organized – knows how to work independently, set goals and achieve them, self-motivate, and collaborate productively with colleagues at all levels
  • Creative and resourceful – especially in developing high-impact messaging that resonates with prospects, captures a value prop, and embodies Awareness’s values
