Corporate managers and their comfort level with Web 2.0 tools and approaches
I spoke to two people today who asked similar questions about senior management adoption of Web 2.0 Enterprise Media tools. I passed on these two links which address the issue. One is a post from Andrew McAfee from Harvard Business School, and the other a link to a news item from MSNBC, which aired on July 21st. McAfee's post describes the Awareness approach and how it would make adoption easier for new users, and the MSNBC news item gives examples of how blogging is becoming adopted more frequently by Senior Executives.
