We have been using the LXHL-LW6C LED for quite some time in our system. This LED is declared as “discontinued”. Could you suggest a substitute\ alternative component?
I also need the total die size and total active area of the die.
The recommended replacement for all the discontinued LUXEON LEDs is the LUXEON Rebel. The die size is 1mm x 1mm for all the LUXEON Rebel LEDs except the LUXEON Rebel ES, which has a die size of 1.4mm x 1.4mm. LUXEON Rebel has a different form factor and different footprint compared to the previous LUXEON LEDs.
