In this session, Francois Gossieaux from Beeline Labs and Ed Moran from Deloitte & Touche will discuss the results of the 2008 Tribalization of Business research study, which was sponsored by Deloitte, Beeline Labs and The Society of New Communications Research. The study analyzes responses from company representatives who were asked how they leverage online communities for business benefits and how they measure success and progress of those communities.
