Forrester report, the market for Enterprise 2.0

Forrester is keeping up its solid coverage of enterprise use of Web2.0, with a recent report from Oliver Young scoping out the market for Enterprise 2.0 technologies. It's an interesting read that includes some predictions about where corporate adoption of Web2.0 is headed over the next few years.

For any vendor, graphs projecting sales that start bottom left and end top right are always appealing, particularly when the scale is in billions of dollars. And if the market in 2013 does actually turn in $4.6 billion, as Forrester predicts, then no complaints. No surprise either; our sales graphs are trending ahead of Oliver's, though there's some work to do on our y axis.
